This place is AMAZING! Ever since ordering my first cake I haven't managed to get cake from anywhere else. I'm particularly picky, especially with cake, and this place definetely hit the spot. I've gotten numerous compliments regarding the cakes I get. My favorite is the chocolate with raspberry filling, with this special "buttery" type frosting. They also offer a variety of tasty treats, sandwiches, and good coffee! Stop by whenever you can-- you won't regret it!

I stopped in to this hard-to-find bakery (it's hidden in an almost residential area) and had some of the best croissants ever. The pan au chocolat was lovely but the almond croissants, which were fresh that Saturday morning, were AMAZING. Light and flaky, not too buttery but just enough to melt in your mouth! I did have high hopes for the pan dulce and polvorones which are Hispanic baked goods because I'm a Mexican from Houston, TX. They were, sadly, not great. The pan dulce was way too hard (they're supposed to be soft, hence the "Mexican BREAD" name) and were bland as well. We will have to go on without good pan dulce in Anchorage for a while longer, it seems. But don't go for that - go for the delicious French pastries and desserts. I'm anxious to try the cakes which looked beautiful and appetizing on my next visit! This place is a definite recommend!
