This place is great since the management has changed. Service is super fast. The meals are beautiful and taste as good as they look. Their cook Lee, he makes some of the best sandwiches and breakfast meals around

Love this place... you can grab a bagel sandwich for a very reasonable price. Nice people here and clean! Lox are delicious

I ate here for the first time and was VERY disappointed. There was no one waiting to be seated, but there were a few tables of people eating in the restaurant. Me and my family stood there waiting to place our order (to go) for OVER 15 minutes! No one greeted or acknowledged us at all. (Another person walked in after us, and he was also not greeted/acknowledged.) There were plenty of staff people there. One employee prepared a bagel right in front of us as if we weren't there. When we were FINALLY helped, the person who took our order seemed confused at the request of "light on the cream cheese". We had ordered 5 various bagels, toasted, to go, & light on the cream cheese. The bagels were very dense and flat. They were super chewy. When we got to our car to eat our bagels, we were appalled at what we saw. There was less than a quarter teaspoon of cream cheese on each bagel! You couldn't even taste the cream cheese. Bagel places usually give you a substantial amount of cream cheese. I would not order bagels from this place again. If you are looking for a good, fresh bagel, go somewhere else. Definitely not the best bagels in Anchorage .

Went in. The guy was helping someone else but was very friendly and talked to us while finishing up the order. Got my my bagel done. All smiles. All is right with the world now. lol

I ate here again about a week ago. I hadn't eaten here in a long time. I forgot how good their bagel sandwiches are. They are a bit pricey but they are delicious. My favorite is the Turkey Swiss Avocado.
