I don’t typically write reviews for retail stores but this store was a whole other experience. They must of swapped out the team and there wasn’t anyone name Cheryl but Ronda and the team don’t know everyones name were the most friendly, chill, down to earth and freaking awesome to just talk to! Hands down best customer service skills I’ve seen.

The workers here all SUCK. When I first stepped foot in this crummy environment all I could think was meh. I watched a young ginger‍ worker fold a shirt like a failure! quite disappointing ong. When I asked for a pair of shoes a male worker with brown hair completely ignored me. Terrible service this past Sunday, will not be returning.

My family and I will never shop here again. My friends will be informed and make their own decisions. This manager Cheryl ripped my sister off by selling clothing that was ripped and then refused to rectify the problem. Do not believe the hassle free return policy Shop where brands are sold eg; volcum store they stand behind their products. You will never get another nickle from our family . We spent thousands and thousands of dollars here and this will never ever ever happen again

Not really a good selection...limited and the staff weren't engaging like other outlets. There's 1 rearranging clothes and displays while the other 3 were hovering around the cashier. I don't imagine it's always like this but at least show some interest...

Good service and nice shoes for a good price when on sale

Not impressed!!! We walked in no one greeted us or mentioned they were closing soon. So we proceeded to shop, we even had clothing we were going to purchase when all of a sudden we were told they were closed and we had to leave.
