Welland Police Station

Somebody hit my home with a backhoe and they will not take a report or act on an unsafe operator because that's "a civil matter". Then dispatch hung up on me despite saying no that we were not done. I'm not calling the police looking for money. I'm looking for them looking for action on an issue of public safety.

Not specifically Welland but dispatch workers are unprofessional, condescending and ride in the phone. Get people with better manners and customer service skills that know how to behave and communicate properly. Fix the childish bad drivers on the road and allow reports to be done online, it's backwards always having to have an officer come to your house just to do that, exception is when someone hits your vehicle and drives off of course.

Waste of tax payers money. You can call and do you civic duty to let the police handle situations but from dispatch to officers they really dont care about your problems

Officers do not care about the safety of the town what so ever. They will drop your report with no notice, while your life is in physical danger and refuse to help.
