Mark DiRamio is the name of the guy who Threaten me walking by Duggars bar he said he was going to kill me Niagara Falls Police did not arrest him because they hang out there at that bar is what I think. I don't know why the police would hang out there anyway because the owner lives in Wheatfield NY and his prices at that bar are higher than anybody else's in the city I think they would support a bar owner who lives right in the city of Niagara Falls.This is about Todd C Noon it happen two days ago he filed a complaint about me saying I was harassing him which is a lie (Article 210 - NY Penal Law Perjury and related offenses) saying I had a relationship with his daughter which was a lie as well and saying I threaten him also a lie Todd C Noon falsifying some Facebook messages saying I said one thing when I said another and I also haven't talked to him since June 2016, Todd C Noon files a complaint saying I've been harassing him such a liar I got Todd C Noon text messages and voicemails of him harassing me and threatening me Todd C Noon has a arrest record for domestic violence assault ETC. I mean his daughter Erica V Noon is a liar too who has a drug problem. Then the police officer Tory Earp accuse me of likeing prostitute which was weird like I told him I don't care about the prostitutes of how they make their money my concern is them with the drugs their on and getting them help I've helped quite a few people on the streets get help. Then Tory Earp go I help people well if you help people then why isn't mr. Noon arrested.

I placed a call to the police about a possible break in at my neighbor's house downtown tonight. Their response was immediate within 10 minutes. They were thorough and professional. They were very polite and so quick to respond. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

ATV are not supposed to be riding in the city streets. Probably some are involved in some of the crimes going on that have been unsolved.

They try and arrest you for no reason. Try and intimidate and abuse their authority.
