a bunch of liars, they are road pirates looking to loot your wallet, thieves and nothing more. Beware a drive through youngstown may cost you hundreds of dollars or worse, especially if you have a minority friend in your car. Youngstown cops cannot understand that yes you may have a friend who is a minority, hey youngstown its not a crime to associate with minorities. They will straight up pull you over, and create "observed" road infractions, so it is always your word against theres, and oh boy the judge is their relative. Mean spirited pirates who have little respect for you.
