Called and asked if I could bring in some fish to get a store credit or trade and they took my fish and said thanks have a good day and started ignoring me the rest of the time I was in the store

Good little pet supply store. One of the few places I can buy mice for my snake. Has a nice selection of different pets as well if you're looking for fish birds or a reptile of sorts. Might not be the best for cat or dog food but for the odd pets this is the place to go.

Very nice store with knowledgeable staff. Helped makes sure we had everything we need for our new beta.

I got my ferret from them a few weeks ago and I was told she was a female. I’m now finding out that it is a male. Just would’ve been nice to know the right gender right away, instead of thinking it was a female. I still love him so much but now I just have to change his name. Apparently they can’t tell the gender difference there.

It's ok, lots of products and pets but so dirty. Products have dust on them, floors where just gross.

Extremely disappointed with the service of this store, the fish manager in particular. I was informed that because I didn't keep the bodies of shrimp that had passed away less than 24hrs after purchase that I couldn't be helped and it was my fault I didn't store them in my freezer and bring them in when he was available called the next day and he wasn't in as well as not being informed by the associate on the phone about this "policy". Was insulted and treated extremely poorly by the "fish manager" and told this is my fault as he refused to show any sort of sympathy towards the situation. Unprofessional and disgusting services.
