I absolutely love this location. The staff are extremely friendly. I often shop here and the staff have taken the time to even learn my name and always help me find what I'm looking for. Andrew is my favorite employee there. He knows his pet information well and he always offers to carry my cat litter to the car. Keep up the great work pet value!!

Staff are very kind and knowledgable, they seem to have a genuine interest in helping as they sincerely care about animals. Sometimes they have adorable kittens for adoption Too! I recommend this place and continue to come back here as I am always pleased with the service provided!

Friendly staff! Surprisingly they are compatible in pricing to PetSmart. I prefer to shop local when i can for the support.
