Story

Our services include, cloth garment cleaning, executive shirt laundering, household items, bedding, drapes, tablecloths, wedding gowns, suedes, leathers, fur, rugs and tailoring.

Same day service is available on cloth garments and shirt cleaning Monday through Friday.

We offer a pickup and delivery at your home or office and have regularly scheduled pick ups and deliveries in surrounding rural areas.

I left a down duvet to be cleaned and a very small sewing repair to be done on the duvet cover...it was about a 3 inch tear on the seam. They hand sewed it and it was so lose I could pull it apart and it all unraveled. When I got home the duvet in my opinion had not been cleaned maybe just wiped down and they had the odasity to charge me $64.00 for this...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE AT THE OTTAWA STREET STORE. My two year old daughter could have sewed this better...lol

Brought a suit to be cleaned so I could attend a funeral. After assuring me the could have it ready for noon the next day I arrived to find that the woman behind the counter couldn't find my suit. After eventually tracking it down in the back she brought me my suit that had clearly not been touched yet. She tried to tell me that it had gone through once but needed to go through again as they couldn't get it clean in the first try. It was shocking that she said that because the suit had clearly not been touched. She also said that the guys in the back were on lunch and said they wouldn't be able to get to it for over an hour. As the funeral I was to attend was a three hour drive I had to take my suit back and wipe it clean at home so I could get to the funeral on time. After calling to voice my displeasure I was told that they couldn't give me a discount as they had cleaned my suit as I had asked. Incredulous....... they are thieves and liars. I'll stick to sketchley from now on, they may not be fast but at least they will actually clean your clothes.

Pretty good, but no bike rack which is awkward considering the proximity of the store to the Iron Horse bike trail
