Staff guy was really friendly but there seemed to be alot of machines out of order. The only time I need a laundromat is when I have more loads than usual and it's too many trips for the two machines in my building.  So I come needing a few extra large machines. When i arrive and there's none to be found between machines being used and ones out of order...i get cranky.  Pretty much a spoiled girl /developed nation problem.  But still.. it's not cheap to use these places,  and I guess we expect what's advertised to bee available. It's a bummer when it's not. 

There are snacks and drinks and stuff... which is nice.  With a dive bar atmosphere...which is perfect when doing laundry. 

Best part is the staff. Didn't catch his name but it was 5pm on a Thursday afternoon. Really helpful and friendly.

Picture must have been taken with old owners  its really dirty got bed bugs and the owner is very roud no food beer is warm and no parking for handicaped  would tell everyone never go machines dont work and r dirty id rather xo my laundry in the city run off

Never going back.  Half the washers were out of order it was crowded and when I found an empty washer the door wouldn’t close.   The place needs some tlc

Super friendly and helpful staff. Large washers and dryers..it would be 5 stars but it isn't the cleanest place..and washers are always out of order. Still the best laundromat in kitchener though.

Machine work well a few are broken but that is the nature of  working machine I think dryer are nuce and big and seem to dry well I like plus it has a great pinball machine
