I'd been a customer at this place for over two years, it was fine, not great but close to where I live. I have regularly seen people treated badly here especially by one employee in particular. In a recent encounter, after I had put the correct amount of money in a washing machine, it did not start. I went to the attendant for help and he immediately called me a liar, even before he investigated. He continued to call me a liar and then began to say things that were unintelligible but said with anger. The man said there was something wrong with the machine but kept calling me a liar. I don't expect silver service in a place like this, but his behaviour was extraordinarily rude and absolutely inappropriate. Do not use this business. If I could put zero stars I would.

Not only was I up-charged when I returned to pick up my item, they also mis-diagnosed the fabric and subsequently ruined our duvet. Stay away.
