Wow! We ate the whole thing! Delicious !Food: 5/5

Fries were not very good. Not fully cooked and definitely not as good as they used to be years ago.  I will try it again one more time to see if maybe I just had a bad cook.

Staff is negative they don’t have little bit customer service left in them food is tasty because of franchise flavours but rest is horrendous

I was shopping at Devonshire Mall with my daughters, and had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY MANNER THAT HAD QUICK SERVICE.  THEY ALSO FOLLOW ALL SAFETY PROTIVE CALL.  I as a Mom felt good Eating and feeling that they care and prepare our food so Tasty!  WE WILL BE BACK!  THANK YOU TO ALL YOUR STAFF AND THANK YOU FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH WHAT THEY DESERVE!!

Must try butter chicken poutine, something different from other poutinery in town.

Perfect customer service amazing food warm

I ordered a double bacon poutine, apparently there was a little sign at the front that says there’s no bacon. Did not see the sign and the cashier didn’t think to at least mention there was no bacon and charged me the price of double bacon poutine. It would’ve been nice to have been notified by the cashier that there was no bacon. I also do not understand why you guys would still offer the double bacon poutine and charge customers for the price if there is no BACON. I go back to the cashier and she tells me I should’ve read the sign.TERRIBLE SERVICE

I live out of town..about 1 1/2 away and one of the 1st places my kids and I stop when we go to Devonshire mall is NYfries.  It is ALWAYS great customer service, great food, and clean.  All the workers do an amazing job and we will keep coming back.  Totally recommended

Food was soo good and the staff were soo kind.
