Chick-fil-A

The drive thru took approx. 30 minutes to get through. That was at 5pm dinner traffic. Good ordering experience, got our larger order correct. Everyone enjoyed their ordered item. Very tasty. Definitely worth a try if you haven't had it.

Very long lineups as to be expected and well managed queue to help speed things along. When it came to the end to get the food things fell apart. My food was sitting on a table outside the pickup window in the freezing cold so it was already half cold before I even got it into my vehicle. Very disappointed.

The most, moist, crunchy and non greasy chicken sandwich you will ever have. Get the premium as the basic with just two dill pickles doesn't cut it. Slowest service of a fast food drive thru even when empty. At $7.09 plus tax for just a sandwich, a premium fast food price. Sandwich enjoyed best with their own franchise sauce slathered over the chicken. Mmm. Waffle fries..meh.

I decided to bring the lads to their first time at Chick-fil-A and let me tell you that they were not disappointed. This was my second time ever having this and I’ve gotta say this has to be the best chicken fast-food chain available for us in North America. Multitudes better than KFC or Popeyes. I’m glad they’re expanding around Ontario.

Pretty lucky to have one in Windsor. Spicy chicken deluxe with waffle fries, special sauce and sweet tea is a must. At the beginning of the drive-thru line you’re looking at an hour wait.

I’ve been waiting a long time to try Chick-fil-a as I keep hearing about it. It wasn’t disappointing at all. Fast friendly service. The food was awesome. I visited the Windsor location as that’s where my daughter goes to school. I will be back every time I’m out here. We’ll done keep up the good work.

The staff is very friendly and approachable. The menu ranges from fried chicken and other treats to healthy alternatives like grilled chicken and unsweetened/no sugar added drinks. The staff is knowledgeable regarding gluten free items on the menu.

The chicken sandwiches are great. Waffle fries are fantastic. Very limited menu but all options are good. Very nice visiting a fast food chain with such polite serviceFood: 4/5

Not only is the food delicious, but you couldn't ask for better service. The first time I came here, I was in shock, but in a good way. Everyone is friendly, polite, and conduct themselves in a very professional manner. Good customer service is rare today. Oftentimes, the employees at fast food places don't like their job and are flat out rude. The staff at Chik-fil-A set the bar high. Whoever trained them or whoever set the standards need to be congratulated.

First time and it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. It's very clean and the food is delicious! We were even offered free cookie or milkshake to "put our phones in the box" and have a no device dinner .... what an awesome idea!Food: 5/5
