New-Way Motor Sports

I recently purchased a new home, in where the driveway had not been shovelled out in a few months. During the move the snow was overwhelming. I called down to Newway to ask about Snow-Blowers. John Fisher went far above and beyond explaining to me how they operate (as I have never used one). I came down and he provided a demo for me and took his time explaining everything. I have purchased my lawnmower, leaf blower and now will be purchasing a snow blower from them. Top notch service!

This business does not return calls or email messages within a day.When you call in and ask for the parts department you have to repeatedly call in to get ahold of them. I do not recommend until they can take the time to pick up the phone return a call or return emails. I realize they may be busy but over a span of a year I have called multiple times or emailed and never received a reply in any of the instances. When you have to call in more then 5 times a day there is obviously something wrong with the business model here.

Great company. With all your hobbies covered and knowledgeable staff, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The GM John is excellent to deal with!

Would give the parts dept. a negative if I could. Worst service imaginable. Sent me the wrong part and it took almost a week of leaving messages to actually talk with someone as they never returned my calls. Talked to the manager about their inept service, received a half-hearted apology from the partsman, reordered the part and was told it would take about a week. Six weeks later I ordered the part directly from Canam and it took three days. No word from them. Lost a customer and have shared this with several others. What a joke! I suggest Calgary in the future for your Can am needs.

Great selection with the best deals in town. I was also able to order parts for one of my bikes that is from the 70’s!
