McFadden Honda - Honda Canada's #1 ranked Dealer for the People

My wife and I experienced a fabulous transaction at McFadden Honda’s used dealership! The salesperson, Lauren, communicated well throughout the process with us so we always knew the status of the sale. She was very accommodating when meeting us. Also, at no point was Lauren pushy or try to sell us what we did not need. Finance manager Melanie thoroughly explained the financing and acquired an excellent interest rate for the loan. I know the price on the van we purchased was very competitive and we also received a very fair value on our trade in. Overall, our purchase was stress free, we were treated very well, and we got the vehicle we needed at a great price. There was no way the staff at McFadden could have improved sale! Thank-you, Lauren and Melanie for your fantastic work.

Haven't had an experience with the sales side of things yet, but their parts department is second to none. Chris J was EXTREMELY helpful to me recently, and their delivery driver was also very friendly and fast! Would highly recommend this group to companies and individuals alike.

I would recommend McFadden Honda to everyone, they have amazing customer service and extremely friendly. Tony my sales man was helpful and not pushy at all which allowed me to get into the vehicle I now love. Jason in finance was super helpful answered all my questions and was very friendly. Thank you Tony and Jason for helping me get a new vehicle that I love. You guys rock!!

Bugged me to come in, I gave in, told them I'd be there an hour... Waited about 15minutes after I repeatedly told them not to waist my time. Then sends me a text saying that I was booked 2hrs later. This is a black mark on Honda. Highly recommend going elsewhere, if they treat you like this for an entrance appointment, you can only imagine aftercare.

Two thumbs up to Lauren and Jason! Lauren was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a lot of fun to work with. Jason made the paperwork simple and quick. Also can't forget the service department, who applied various protections to my new CR-V and had it ready within 5 hours. This was my second time purchasing new vehicles from McFadden, and it was another 10/10 experience! Thanks again to Lauren, Jason, and the service dept.
