Had some major problems with some work completed on my Dodge Van by a major automotive repair franchise in an emergency situation while out of town. Took my vehicle to Bridge City, explained the situation to Jason at the service desk, who was very knowledgeable, and I was immediately confident that the problems would be diagnosed and corrected by professionals. Although I was prepared for the "worst" in terms of the amount of work required the mechanics reinstalled the replaced parts correctly and to the required specifications for a minimum amount of time and cost. I was so impressed with the service I received and the performance of the van afterwards I arranged for the installation of 4 new tires and will make Bridge City my go to dealership. As an aside the shuttle drivers George, Ron and Kevin are great, always friendly and never late.
Bought a jeep years ago from them. We sent a deposit as we were 5 hours away. Lined up a time for pick-up and paperwork to be finalized. Showed up and the vehicle was filthy. never got detailed and we didn't have time to wait 3 hrs for the detail. Fast forward 7 or so years and we are regularly bother by service calls and emails. Never been there other than for the purchase. Have requested to be left alone the haven't listened.
Car broke down and we had to make an emergency stop here. Had us in and out within a couple of hours. Relaxed in the lounge with some great coffee while waiting. Excellent service.

Once again another flawless transaction at Bridge City. The entire staff are kind, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make your purchase a great experience. This is my third purchase in the past four years and will be back again. They have earned my trust and loyalty. If it came down to it I would, without doubt, spend more money on the same vehicle just to deal with this dealership and support their employees. The various departments work together seamlessly to ensure your purchase is smooth and enjoyable. One of the best qualities of this dealership is the consistency of quality and the push towards innovation. It's worth purchasing and servicing your vehicle here purely for the fact that you do not have to worry about some tier two singer serenading you in the courtesy service shuttle.
I like to thank Ryan for his hard work on getting into the truck I want. Ryan is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic and cares for his customers needs. Ryan, Srecko, Nolan, Mike, and Shawn worked hard in helping me get into a beautiful 2019 RAM Classic Laramie EcoDiesel. I wasn't able to get the truck I wanted originally but they still were able to get me into a truck that was close to it. Actually better! I got lower bi-weekly payments and more truck then my last truck. Once again I like to thank the people at Bridge Chrysler & Dodge RAM for their amazing job. They work together as a family and make you part of the family as well.
One of the best experiences I’ve had with a car dealership. Your sales person Brittany Noble was exceptional. She was professional and surprisingly knowledgeable with the vehicle. Never once did we feel we were dealing with a sales person. We felt as thought we were working with someone genuinely interested in meeting our needs. My husband and I have been dealing with Bridge City for just over two years now. We have purchased two new vehicles from Nick and he has been amazing to work with during every encounter. Mike worked quick to get the green light for us to drive away in our new Jeep Grand Cherokee! From vehicle maintenance to making a purchase the entire team is wonderful! We no longer live in the area but we won’t go to any other dealership for business!
