FIX AUTO LETHBRIDGE

Had my vehicle there for a couple of Insurance items as well as some other issues I had to deal with. Team was very helpful right from the first meeting. Did everything they could to make the entire experience as easy as possible. I was slightly embarrassed as my vehicle was quite dirty inside when I picked it up they had fully detailed the interior and had all my items neatly sorted in bags and boxes in the back. Really went above and beyond. Time frame for the entire service was really good as well. Would definitely recommend using this company for any body work you may need. Good Job Fix!!!!

The staff are friendly and the wait time for quotes is quite reasonable. The quote advisor is personal and caring, and s/he genuinely send to care about the customer and the discomfort and inconvenience of needing their services. The building is remarkably clean, the free wi-fi is slow, there's free coffee and tea, and they wash your vehicle prior to a free quote (which is nice!).

THEY DESERVE A ZERO STAR!! WORST REPAIR COMPANY I HAVE EVER EVER WENT TO!!! THANKS FOR THE 4000$ BILL TO REPAIR YOUR SCREW UP. AND WE COULDN'T EVEN AFFORD TO FIX IT ALL. WHAT A WORTHLESS COMPANY.
