Went to cats nail spa because i had noticed there were no cars parked in the parking lot. Now, after my experience i know why. I should have known from the moment i parked my car infront and through the window i see one of the employees wake up from the chair and give me a dirty look. But, i didnt care because i knew i didn't have to wait cause the place was empty. My experience there was awful! The employee was twisting and pulling my fingers and yelling at me to turn them so she could see. The nail job was pathetic! I've dine a better job on my own when i was 10. She then proceeded to talk in her language and give me cut eye. I feel i had an unprofessional and abusive experience and would give this place a 0 if given the opportunity. My pinky is still sore from her forcibly turning it.

Worst service ever ,was told its a 30 mins wait time ...ended up being 2 hrs even tho i was there way before there appointment clients,.who was 20 mins late for there appointment ,never going back to this place .

Staff was unaccommodating and location was not very clean, will not be going back.

I went to this place because it was really close to my house, and since I had moved here recently I was looking for some local businesses to check out. I don't think I'll come here again--Though I saw SOME disinfecting equipment, it was clear that the nail files were not new, and the pumices and equipment containers weren't necessarily clean. The thong slippers were old. Worst of all was the staff. The girl who did my feet was very nice and quiet and polite, and did a good job on my feet, with the equipment given her. But the rest of the staff, who were just waiting around for new customers spent the whole time chatting (loudly, I might add) about bad relationships and some were even sitting in the pedicure stations with their feet (with shoes/boots) on the rims of the tubs! I know those shoes/boots had just come in from outside, which was snowy and muddy on that day. That's gross. People come to have their feet taken care of, and it's disturbing that muddy boots have been exactly where someone might step with their bare feet.
