New Fountain Fast Food

Order the beef brisket with pig skin and turnip noodle soup. Comes with a Hong Kong style tea but it literally doesn’t have ANY tea taste. I asked for less soup so the takeout used a small container for the soup, which I used to dunk the noodles in, because the taste of the sodium carbonate was really strong. The beef briskets were pretty small but tender. There was no taste to the rest of the items, all were bland and relied on the sauce poured over them for flavour. Couldn’t even taste there’s any salt used to cook them!

We ordered two dishes, the tenderloin beef with ketchup and hoi sin sauce and the fried pork chop with garlic. The taste for both dishes were actually not bad. What so bad is their low quality ingredients. For the beef, there were only like 6 weirdly cut, small slices of beef with a whole container of sauce! As for the pork chop, the dish looked alright at first, but it was poor quality pork chop. There was a lot of fat attached to the meat. I know it was fried pork chop! They still should have trimmed some of the fat from pork chop before the cooking. Most pieces are extremely boney as well. I am aware this is a food court place, not a michelin star restaurant! The quality of the food still shouldn't be this bad. This restaurant is by far my WORST food court experience ever..... Hands down! I would not go back to this place! Major thumbs down

Great quick service take out. Noodles with black pepper beef and green beans with minced pork a favorite. Cash only and quite reasonable.

This fast food place is located within the Metro Square food court. You can get one of several large portion main course meals for under $10 taxes included. I found the quantity is there but not necessarily the quality. When one is hungry, this fact may not matter. Service is fast. Either take out or find seating in the food court.

Foods and drinks were good.

Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper sauce, & steamed rice was good!

Not all kinds of food on the menu are good, but the good ones are really good. Price is really low. I like it.

Terrible value. I've tried a few of their specials and its just 80% noodles, 10% of each veg and meat.

Bad service and bad food....awful experience

Dishes are not fresh at all.
