Cool place that has several gluten free items. We had a chocolate bar and a vegan chocolate chip cookie. Both were pretty good, but I actually enjoyed the cookie more. The people working here were pretty nice and friendly.
You do not have to be diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten intolerance to eat these delicious bagels with cream cheese. They taste as good as if they were made with gluten. But if you are diagnosed with a gluten related intolerance, New Cascadia offers the best gluten free bagels in the United States.
Rare finds!! Incredible taste for GF goods! Biscuits and coffee cake were amazing! Very moist, beautiful texture! Stop by even if you can eat everything.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
Really great dedicated gluten-free bakery. Everything is so good— honestly order at random and you’re guaranteed a delicious treat. Just make sure to get here early-ish or they may sell out of the good stuff!Recommended dishesCinnamon Rolls, Muffin, Bakery, Cookie, Doughnuts, Coffee Cake
Hands down, the best pizza I have had since adopting a GF diet. We took two pizza doughs to go, as well as a gorgeous GF baguette. Their GF peanut butter cookie was heaven! Definitely love this spot and wish there was a N Portland location.
I tried a few things today and I'm not impressed at all. The blueberry muffin had only a few berries. The cinnamon took is very dry and very little icing. Both were very crumbly. The bread I'll be giving away or throwing it away. I'm disappointed because the reviews made it seem worth the drive and it wasn't. If my regular place isn't open I'll definitely be going with what I can get from new seasons or fred meyer, its cheaper and tastes better.
The new location is much more convenient for me, and I like the seating better. Food is delicious as always. Compared to other GF bakeries, not crazy expensive which is nice! I have Celiac so it's amazing being able to eat whatever I want and not worry about cross contamination or anything. Their bread goods are incredible. Pizza is good too, I wish they had it all the time
Unbelievably delicious and well textured gluten-free baked goods. My new favorite vegan donuts and bagels. If they had more vegan pastries and vegan breakfast sandwich options, I'd be here every day!
Wow! My daughter said this place is awesome...but I must say it's better than awesome. Everything I've eaten from here has been above excellent...muffin, bagel, cinnamon roll! The free buckwheat bread was out of this world. PLEASE continue making it. The health benefits are great too. I will order it shipped to me. Thanks for a gluten free eating experience from heaven.
I always appreciate New Cascadias hard work they put in to provide gluten free baked goods. Yesterday we came in right before they closed, and was greeted by the cashier was very kind and patient with us along with other employees who were also terrific! We look forward to coming back to New Cascadia! :
