Hudson's Bay

I would give this place 5 stars, but their manager Jane is a four letter C-word. I extend my hand to shake and she says "no, that's okay". I try to offer my name, but "that's not necessary". If the issue is escalated to a manager, and the manager is the worst human being in the store, why is she the manager? Wrote a letter to head office. Two weeks and no reply. She is worse than Sarah Palin and the Don combined! Replace Jane ! Get bent Jane! ...Nobody says "get bent" anymore, but what I want to say is way worse than the C-word.

Awesome staff in the Housewares department. The manager Arvind is so incredibly helpful, patient and professional - really made my day!

Good place to buy Rockport shoes, and other brands of men's shoes. Very reasonable prices and good selection. I really like this Bay for that purpose.

This location is currently under construction and you cannot park close to the north entrance. It has a good selection of brands and it's not too crowded. However, this location does not carry children's wear which is quite unusual for a department store.

Decent prices and sales often the renovation is making the store look amazing but is causing employees to be hard to find but when you do find one the service is great
