I love the ShoeMedic! The only place I go to get my favourite handbag or pair of shoes looking brand new again! Whether it's just a polish or a full repair they always do a fantastic job. And everyone is so friendly! I would recommend the Shoe Medic to everyone

I have been going to Shoe Medic for a year now. Every time I have been pleasently surprised. All my designer shoes and bags are in great shape now. Thanks to these guys!!!!

These folks are exceptionally unprofessional. I came in with two bags to the Burlington location for repair. The person working said they would have to be sent to their Oakville location to be assessed and quoted. I returned to the store to discuss the quotes. The owner had to get on the phone with the factory to talk through what the quotes were for, but they had no idea about the repairs I had specified. The bags had to be sent back to the Burlington store and then my wife had to go in to tell them what was needed. Because of how expensive repairs are, we only decided to do one bag ($140 in advance to replace one small, and one large strap). I went in today to pick up the bag. One of the straps was good enough - the colour was a bit off, but more or less fit with the tone of the bag. The large strap, however, was a very different tone and made the bag look tacky. The store owner even agreed that it didn't look great but wasn't willing to do anything about it except to say that if we wanted a closer colour match, we should have paid to get the leather dyed. Come on, really? He could have at least called to tell us before doing the repair, given us a discount for all this hassle, or somehow tried to make this situation better. Definitely not going to recommend this place to people, what a joke and waste of time.
