Solid place to get coffee/talk coffee. Space is posh and encourages you to enjoy your company and new products from this brand. Nespresso change this space frequently and i enjoy that because it keeps you coming back to see what’s new. Has other products outside its famous pods. Has every product from this brand. Gives you a different perspective than buying from a department store

Clean and organized. Staff was professional and courteous. She helped with all our questions. I generally purchased my refills online but it was nice to walk in one of their boutiques.

I have been a customer for over 4 years.. I received the wrong size coffee, went online to see what could be done. I came across returns and it said to initiate return call …. So I pressed and called. The girl that answered told me returns were not possible and for me to give my coffee away and she would send a couple of sleeves, I informed her that I purchased $180 worth of coffee and giving its away was no option, she then went on to tell me that this was my machines fault and that I had to fix that, I asked for a manager more then two times she ignored me, kept putting me on hold, and I could hear someone speaking next to her and telling her what to say. horrible customer service they definitely lost a customer I have three machines, and alway recommended to all friends and family, really disappointed.

I went in yesterday very excited to buy a machine and all the accessories. When I spoke to an employee, they were less than enthused to help me. I’m fact, I felt like I was a burden for being there. Every machine that I was interested in getting, they didn’t have in stock and told me to look online. Also, the original espresso machines they did not have to look at in person. So I wasted my gas and time coming in when I was just referred to go online. Why have actual stores?? Besides to hire grumpy employees.

The store was super busy and I waited about 15-20 minutes until a representative was able to help me. Once I was being assisted the customer service was great and I went from having no knowledge on Nespresso products to leaving the store a happy customer with a new Nespresso Vertuo. Overall, good service but they seem to be short staffed.

We stopped in today to buy our first sleeves for our new machine and Thom was amazing! He walked us through all the options and answered all of our questions with so much information! We will definitely be back!

Love this location. They were super helpful and friendly. For someone who doesn't really know much about coffee or like it to much they really made it simple for me to understand and find one i really enjoy! Thank you!

My nespresso was great for a few months until it wasn’t. It’s creating coffee at 165 degrees, scalding hot! I have to mail it back in to get it possibly fixed and not have a coffee machine for at least 2 weeks. I was on the phone for 45 minutes just for them to tell me I need to mail it in. I had to do a video chat to show them the scalding hot temps on a thermometer.

I do not own any coffee machines so I decided to go to the nespresso store to learn more about their machines and which option is the best for me. When I walked in, the girl working didn’t acknowledge my presence. She seemed annoyed and even walked away from me when I asked her about the different models. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Unfortunately, I left with nothing because I still don’t know which machine I should get.

Tip: If you avoid the weekends, you'll have little to no wait time. Weekends can be busy. If you love Nespresso, and want to avoid shipping costs online, stop in here. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable. They will also let you try any of the capsules. They also keep track of your orders, so if you walk in and can't remember your previous orders, they can tell you. This store also has a really nice display of all of their products, including machines. Their new seasonal "Princess Cake" is SO GOOD - hints of raspberry and vanilla. My favorite!
