Nepean Point

This is a spectacular point where you can look up from the Ottawa River to the steps of the Rideau Canal and Parliament Hill. It gets crowded on weekends, so it is best to visit early in the morning or later in the evening. It's also a good idea to stop by the nearby Mint.

We walked here from downtown Ottawa along the river. Just excellent, the views are incredible, Ottawa at it's finest.

Beautiful place, beautiful atmosphere, a very nice place for a walk with mates or family. The bridge, the Parliament and the view point all are in a walkable distance and they are also few museums around.! You can spend some quality time with others. Worth visiting.

This place is closed because is under repairs. Visitors are not allowed.

This attraction is under repair, but some people come at night to watch the sunset on the cliff.

One of the best places to visit in Ottawa!

Beautiful view from here. Especially the parliament hill and there are a lot of sitting place. This place would be perfect if there was a coffee shop nearby.
