One destination for your all desired events. More than 200,000 square feet of area for convention, marriage,summits, etc. With in-house security at your step and kitchen staff too. Pre-booking always helps right now with COVID-19 at its bottom. To get more and good details please visit their website and pre-book as soon as you get any dates. "SO SAVE THE DATE"

Nice facility with a great view of Parliament building and canal. Biggest issue was lots of out of service toilets and seemed like there wasn't enough washrooms for large groups.

Had our office end of year party here. Big event centre with rooms of different sizes. I loved that parking was underground and we generally didn't have to battle with the cold. I enjoyed the catering too, and the wait staff were courteous.

Beautiful location to visit in ottawa. The views are awesome. Worth a visit. Can stay a night too in the hotel attached to it. I'd love to do this one time. I hear they are nice rooms. Dinner at events are amazing and service is on point..except at dinner..wine service wasn't so great. Overall though it a wonderful experience. I'd go back over and over again.

Great place as venue for conferences, events, etc. but the parking is a bit of a challenge, and the paying machine does not accept debit cards and there is no tap service! Even the credit card system was not working properly? last Sunday! Hopefully, there were the parking attendants to help!

Event staff and venue staff are horrendous. Rude and more often then not refused to do their job.   I suggest some training in hospitality.  The serving staff were great and help full the rest of you need some lessons

Probably one of best place if not the best to have a conference or a meeting in Ottawa.

Great facility for your meeting conference or wedding or tradeshow etc staff are friendly and they have the best AV company in town in house.

Was on site for Job Fair, on main floor Lobby. Went well. My only issues were it was difficult to find access th Shaw centre from inside Rideau Centre. Outside access from MacKenzie Bridge was hampered and /orblocked by construction. And access door to hotel was locked on Shaw side.

Attended an award show at the Shaw Centre and the views were amazing. Beautiful venue that showcased the beautiful sky line of downtown.
