Nepean Housing

I, with 3 other townhouse units, were informed before covid hit that Nepean Housing were demolishing 4 units, this involved the place I rented... Dunbar Court, in Nepean. So they can built an apartment building. I thru out alot of good stuff, for what ? So I can move into the new place. Had meetings with the higher person, for this project, as the court, was kept in the loop. I lived in a 2 bedroom house, moving to one bedroom apartment. They found me, a place to rent. I have been to the new place, for over a year now, March 1 2023. No sign of demolished of the townhouses, as of today. Thinking they, wanted to kick us, all out of the place. Dunbar Court, off Green Bank and west Huntclub. Beside the police station.

Garbage place. House is falling apart. Takes years sometimes to get maintenance to address a maintenance request. Sewage floods our neighbors basement regularly smells in our unit next door. Staff is beyond rude. I told my neighbor to ask about abatement they said they would have to investigate the damage first but took over a year to address it so legally she cannot ask anymore because of time elapsed. Just crooks looking to put you into dumps and keep raising the rent. AVOID THIS PLACE! Pay more for less space elsewhere. Is not worth your sanity.

Terrible housing and very rude staff I do not recommend this housing to anyone
