We could not have been more pleased with the work of Christine Hauschild and her team with the sale of our home.  Team Hauschild is the DREAM TEAM of Realtors!  They took top shelf pictures and video's of our home, created beautiful detailed flyers, hung postcards in various areas of our home to highlight certain features, did a great external marketing job, offered staging and were fantastic to navigate / negotiate the offers we received.  Their standard offering is ABOVE AND BEYOND any other Realtor's!  Christine's industry connections and the relationships she has created are also very valuable to her clients.  Every member of the team that we worked with were amazing; highly responsive, exceptionally professional and knowledgeable,  and very supportive. The Christine Hauschild Team was fantastic from start to finish.  From the moment they toured our home, they made recommendations and comments that made us feel valued and part of their family.  They constantly were looking out for our best interests.  They stayed side by side with us through the close process helping us through decisions, review and signing. Christine and her team are the best! Our real estate journey started with Christine when we were first considering selling our family home of 25 years. She met with us to review process, market comparables and provided us with suggestions on small improvements that would make a difference. The market was just starting to show signs of slowing when we were ready to sell. Christine's strategic, professional approach to determining correct pricing,  marketing our home to maximize showings and ultimately negotiating multiple offers was exceptional. The absolute best.  Christine and team helped us when we moved to Ottawa and spent a LOT of time helping us find the perfect home.  When we wanted to go bigger yard and quieter area, they again spent a bunch of time helping us find the perfect spot.  They took the time to explain all kinds of things from legal to living rural to City issues and even recommended quality people to help us with all kinds of trades.  I wouldn't trust anybody else with my real estate business.

We received the absolute best service  Christine and her team helped us purchase and sell a house in Ottawa. They spent a lot of time with our family to ensure we were well taken care of.
