Colleen was excellent to deal with over the course of our transaction. She was knowledgeable, responded promptly to all inquiries, and was very collegial with the other side. She clearly has a wealth of knowledge as a realtor and enjoys taking the time to explain the complexities of buying/ selling to her clients. Her presence on TV speaks to this further. I'd leave more stars if I could.

We've been working with Colleen and her team for over 8 years through the sale of a condo,  purchase of a house, to now the sale of that home and the purchase of a new one.   Colleen has guided us through the process including answering what may have seemed like our never ending questions or random desire to see different properties.  I've often heard it referenced, that the purchase of a home is the largest financial transaction that people make, and I'm glad that we had Colleen and her team in our corner helping us through the process.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Colleen and Joey. They are the example of professionalism in the Ottawa Real Estate community. Their knowledge of the properties and the market was very insightful and helpful. I cannot recommend them more. When we decided to sell our home, I knew that I was going to work with Colleen. I'd been watching her success in our community for years, and I wanted her on our side. Now that our home is sold, I know why Colleen is as successful as she is. Not only does she know her stuff, but she is confident, savvy, responsive, and a total go-getter. The offers that Colleen brought to us far exceeded what we thought was possible, but that was not what impressed me the most. It was how she handled the whole process. In the early days, when she received my stress-written, attitude-laced panic email, Colleen recognized what was happening. She picked up the phone and very politely eased my fears. When we had hard decisions to make, Colleen didn't just tell us what she thought we should do; She brought in her team and asked each person sitting around the table "What would you do?".  She listened to the expertise and experience of each person and we all brain-stormed to make the decision. I truly valued that approach. I am forever indebted and grateful to Colleen for making the whole experience as seamless as possible, and I'm so very thankful that we listed with her.

When it was time to sell our home my wife was clear on who we'd choose to sell our home and that was Colleen.  And I've learned over the years my wife is usually right but in the case there was no dispute.  Colleen and her team know real estate.  They understand the differences even in various neighbourhoods throughout Stittsville and how to compare homes in those different areas.  Experienced and knowledgeable  But more importantly, Colleen listens.  She listens to questions, address concerns, consults, engages, and is just an overall wonderful person to work with.  Colleen delivered beyond our expectations...because she had a plan.  They say failing to plan, is planning to fail.  The preparedness and knowledge of Colleen and to exceptional services delivered by her and her team is why she's successful, and in turn made us very successful in the sale of our home. Colleen and her wonderful team were recommended to us for our real estate needs by a friend.
