The place had reasonable prices and quantity of food. It was clean. Would have scored higher if I could have found a garbage can outside and the ice cream girl was more friendly. Cheese curds & soup were good.
We love visiting the Nelson Creamery whenever we pass through the area—we’ll even go out of our way to stop there if we’re remotely close! The sandwiches are some of the best we’ve had, and they’re always consistently tasty! We love the ambiance, and we love all of the birds chattering away outside, too!
So cute and super nice staff. If you have never had chocolate cheese fudge it is pretty tasty. If you have never had German brick cheese, today is NOT the day to try it. It smells and tastes like diaper. They sell little knives for a dollar which is handy if you are picnicking. Would definitely return if inbthe area.
A fun stop for lunch! Hot and cold sandwiches and pizzas. Good selection of Wisconsin cheeses. A nice variety of wines and local beer for sale. You can grab an ice cream cone while you shop or after you enjoy a delicious sandwich. Very nice indoor seating area and an outdoor patio as well.
Service was excellent! The Ruben sandwich was delicious! Loved the flavor of the corned beef and cheese! Came with a pickle spear. Big selection of cheese and ice cream! Wine bar too! Indoor or outdoor seating. In a nice little community. I would recommend giving this place a try! You will enjoy it here!
What a great stop! We really enjoyed our lunch break here. Everyone loved their sandwiches featuring some delicious cheese. The bloody Mary’s were tasty and the kids loved their root beer. The store has a great selection of wine and cheese, can you say charcuterie board, for appetizers. Such a wonderful find, I would pass on anything with espresso, comes out of a preformed pod and not the best flavor. But to make up for that we all had some tasty homemade ice cream. They had lots of great indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is reminiscent of Europe.
Always the place to stop for the great squeaky cheese curds. Yummy ice cream. Really like all the food options, hot or cold sandwiches. Great portions. Quiet a large selection of cheeses and wines. Among the other food stuffs. Nice variety of indoor or outdoor seating options. Staff is friendly .
Mr T- cold sandwich, cup of tomato basil soup, a pepperoni pizza, and crafted sodas all made for a fantastic lunch. Dessert was rum cherry ice cream and praline pecan flavors. Picked up some Colby longhorn and hot pepper cheese to bring home, made at the creamery.
This store has everything! It was slightly overwhelming! It has everything, and more, that a cheese lover wants! I would have loved to have seen a Wisconsin specific section that was better highlighted.
First time visiting and truly enjoyed the experience. The atheistic and atmosphere was wonderful. Enjoy some wine and charcuterie board, sandwich or some ice cream while relaxing either inside or outdoors.
