I bought an Americano to go this morning, paid by tap, added an 18% tip but I didn't pay attention to the total. I now see that my cc was charged $7.14. It's not a big deal, it's a lesson learned. But obviously I won't be stopping at the Java Hut anymore.
used to go all the time for bubble tea and it was always fantastic. lately though when I've gotten it there's still powder in the bottom plus no ice. bubble tea is suposed to be slushy, bur all I'm getting is poorly mixed liquid.
I work in the mall and have visited this coffee shop daily for over 8 years. This place has gone seriously downhill. They've switched to Walmart brand coffee, scrapping the local company they used to support. Very poor-quality food. The staff are very friendly and do their best. Whoever owns this business now does not care about quality. I miss the old java garden.
not bad latte actually also some pastries here and sandwiches
The only reason I ever get coffee here is because it's in the mall. Before, I thought their drink kind of sucked. But today I'm pretty sure they put a shot of milk in water and called it a mocha. $15 for 2 hot waters that had milk flavor is what I'm pretty sure I just paid for. Such a waste of money!
Ordered a small late. There was a sign stating a $0.25 charge for to go cups, which i was like whatever… but then I get my expresso drink in this cup… next, I asked the barista to swap the cup for a decent/clean one, and she did… BUT first impressions go a loooooong way… and I must say that My first impression was not a good one. Would you like your drink in a similar cup? Lastly, front counter was dirty cream + sugar all over the counter surface
It was our first time we went to Java but the behaviour of the counter girl was very rude. She is tall wear specs and she is manager i think. Her customer service is zero. We are not going to Java anymore and suggest others not to go.
I went this locally owned coffe shop to meet my cousin first time in pasf 10-years. Coffee and muffin was good. I would suggest this place to my friends.
This use to be our favorite place to get cold drinks in town. Did they sell? Over the summer it went from a solid five stars to maybe a two... Everything went so downhill. The cold drinks taste like nothing, some not even that cold... Blended mochas all curdled and odd. Even my beloved raga muffin has been ruened. Everything just tastes sad now.
Love their home style soups. This place has been my go to coffee place in the mall. Love it.
