Wonderful Carribean food, had the oxtail, the jerk chicken and the curried goat. All were delicious with nice portions. The owner has a wonderful personality and is a joy to chat and share a laugh with. The pics are after my wife and I had lunch. We are looking forward to leftovers for lunch again.
I had the oxtail and jerk chicken. The oxtail was slightly better. In my opinion, the food could be cheaper and fresher. And some capacity of dining in would be a welcome addition. Parking: Parking available
The only jerk chicken I have ever enjoyed. Best fried chicken as well. Amazing customer service. I'm always bidded a grateful goodbye. If you're looking for quality food at fair price, this is the place to be.
The food is good and actually really flavourful but the shop is a bit run down and there was no menu there which made ordering a bit confusing and inefficient. Prices were on the higher end and I spent $35 total for two meals. Good customer service - the guy behind the counter was very friendly. Please get a menu printed soon!
Ordered take out jerk chicken dinner, curry chicken roti and stewed goat. The chicken roti was insulting. The roti itself was hard and the filling…. Yikes… it had clearly been sitting all day and nobody even bothered to stirred it. The man who prepped it clearly didn’t even pretend to care and stir it before making. He must obviously just skimmed the top of the pot where all the potatoes had reached the point of being hard they were so dry. Shameful. There was also a piece of ginger the size of half a chicken thigh. Nothing had any spice but was way too salty. Tasted like it was made by a white person. Super disappointing.
I'd come here so many times and its always been the same, if I needed comfort and a big portion, I could confidently come here for their jerk chicken and coleslaw. The food tastes amazing and the owner really enjoys and takes pride in his work. I appreciate that a whole lot!Food: 5/5
Absolutely mouthwateringly delicious, and the amazing friendly service that really makes this place and its food a true hidden gem! Writing this while I devour this plate on the TTC, it's THAT good! The gentleman who served me was a very friendly elderly man who I believe is the owner. He's so full of energy and joy to share the flavours of his home to you ! He even went out of the way to make a mixed plate of jerk and brown stew chicken for me because I couldn't decide. While I waited, he had another regular come in and when I asked him what he thought, he told me I definitely came to the right place; DEFINITELY ASK FOR GRAVY/SAUCE!! I think their patties are homemade too! Portions are big, price is definitely worth the quality and quantity you get! All served and made with love! Needless to say, I can't wait to be back and bring friends! Thank you so much my dude who served me today!! You're awesome!

Got take out from here last Saturday the food was amazing, the service was also amazing. The chef fixed my plate I’ll definitely be back!
