Good portions and Good Vibes. The food was a bit under seasoned, but It had the right components for the dishes. This is a great spot for sensitive eaters. They also have a different lunch special everyday that ends at 3pm be sure to check it out.
The menu itself was pretty basic but it was bad because half of the menu items were available. Didn't get much of a choice and ended up getting stewed oxtail. Paid $16.50 plus tax for 8 pieces of meat! That's a pretty big rip off if I do say so myself. The flavour is okay. I've definitely had better. I don't think I'm ever coming back.
There is a big lunch rush, but the line moves at a good pace. The Jerk Pork lunch special is a decent size, the Jerk has some serious heat, but is a bit too salty. The Dinner size Curry Chicken is enough for two adults. It has great Caribbean curry flavor, flavor. The staff are friendly and helpful. I WILL eat here again Parking: Lots and lots of parking
Daily special is 11.95 after tax for roti or rice and a side. Foods bussin always and i love the homey atmosphere despite it being in an industrial area. Lunch rush is PACKED but their fast to sling the orders out.
As a born Jamaican this is my go to spot!! I’m never disappointed, the food is always so flavourful and the coleslaw is legit to die for I’ve even purchased their group party of 10 package for a family dinner and it was a huge hit, absolutely delicious!
Good quality Caribbean fair. They give you generous portions and the oxtail gravy is on point.
I ate half way through and then remembered I should have taken a picture…. Portions are huge. Jerk chicken plate with coleslaw. Delicious, love coming here for lunch while at work. They give you a ton of rice, which I never finish. Not always the friendliest staff, but worth coming here for that jerk chicken.
Love Cravins! We have tried numerous Caribbean/Jamaican places around - nothing comes comes remotely close to Cravins. Hidden gem! Love the jerk chicken and ox tail meals. Authentic taste none of this " contemporary twist." Highly recommend!
Stopped here for lunch. Portions were large. Had the jerk chicken with rice and peas. Was fantastic. Hot sauce wasn’t good tho. Very waterd down. But the taste was great. Would come back for sure
The same old restaurant, it just got a new sign. Staffs are very friendly and positive with full of happy energy, portions are huge no matter what you get, and foods are delicious. Please ask for hot sauce, it is worthy to challenge!
