Don't buy anything from here! The whole experience was horrible!!! We were making payments on the furniture and they lost payments and put payments on different accounts so we had to go back through 2 1/2 years of paperwork and get copies of all the bank statements and checks that cleared the bank and send it to them to prove we were all paid up. I was missing a few statements so they claimed we still owed $400 so we had to pay it otherwise we wouldn't get the furniture and there is no refunds so we would have been out all the money we had already paid. The salesman said it would be 8-10 weeks to get our furniture and it took almost 4 months. Some of the logs on the bed frame and dressers are splitting and we contacted the company and they said that's how wood works, it dries out and cracks and there is nothing they are going to do about it even if the bed falls apart. We will never ever buy anything from them ever again!!! Hopefully this will save people from making the same mistake we did!!!

Great Service. Furniture came in a little bit late but was delivered for free because of this. They have done nothing but be accommodating. I will shop here again.

We purchased a custom made bedroom set for $7176.25 on May 28th 2016/ On the contract, it stated delivery on the third week of Aug. The salesman said 8-10 weeks maximum for delivery. We are now on week 16, second week of Sept. I have received absolutely no firm commitments on dates. I have been in touch with the company every week for the past 7 weeks. Every time I contact them, I get a run around. NEVER a date on when the set will be done. Always just, maybe next week, maybe the week after. Never a commitment. No one at this company takes responsibility, or will commit to services that have been fully paid for months ago. Credit card company has already been contacted to dispute. Attorney has stated we have a case since the legal definition of a sale is a transaction where funds transferred in exchange for product or services. We have upheld our end of the sale by providing full payment. Natures Touch has not completed the sale and has violated the contract.

This place is horrible. My girlfriend misunderstood the price on a custom piece. upon reviewing the receipt she turned around and said she did not want the piece and explained to the guy about the misunderstanding. He simply said no refunds. This was a custom piece that had not been ordered or started yet. She explained that she didn't have the money and he simply didn't care. She had never even left the store. She called her card company and they declined the charge. She told him this and he said OK. 2 hours later they reran the card and got it approved. Very shady practices. They care nothing about anything but their bottom line. The charge could have been denied and no one would have lost anything but a sale. Apparently commission is too important. I highly recommend steering clear of the store.
