Better beds at a much more reasonable price than the big name bed stores. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Literally the worst service I have ever had. I went in tonight to buy the mattress that I picked out a week ago and I asked about the warranty being 15 yrs. He said no it was ten. I told him that the guy I spoke with last week said 15. The guy treated me like I was stupid only to find out I was right. After I purchased the mattress he had is drive around back to get the mattress. It was snowing pretty bad out but he proceeded to throw it in the snow on the loading dock. He then shut the door without even helping. I'm pregnant so I couldn't help.

We bought a mattress based on what we liked on the showroom floor. We got it home and it was HARD. They allowed us to return it for another. The second mattress was a little better, but still hard. We were assured that if we slept on it for awhile, it would soften up. We have suffered for 2 years and we both hate it. We spent around $1500, so it's hard to admit we need to toss it and start over. The store won't help us at all. I have no idea why the mattresses on the showroom floor feel different than the ones they deliver, but we've even returned to the store and tried laying on the showroom model just to make sure we aren't crazy. The salespeople are quick to sell you something expensive, but not at all helpful if it isn't working for you. I would much rather deal with Sams or Menards for similar mattresses. They're much less expensive and their customer service is far better.
