Just bought a beautiful desk and bookshelf from Flanigan's. I wanted to buy it on an online store for a little cheaper, but my wife convinced me to buy local in case there was a problem. So, during delivery there was a dent in this awesome desk. I called Flanigan's the next day and they said they had already ordered a replacement for the damaged part, even before I had called. What great service! Buy locally in Casper, it's worth it!

I just received a thank you from your store, and I really appreciated it. Not only was your service superior, but you also took the time to follow-up. Thank you. We will be looking for new bar stools in the future, but for right now we are focusing on having this baby. My girls love their bunk beds, and they have slept well in their new room together for about a month now. Such a relief to me to know they are happy and enjoying their new arrangements before this baby comes. I appreciated the hustle you put on my order, so I wouldn’t have to last minute this project. Thanks again. We think your company is incredible, and we have and will continue to refer our friends and family to you.
