To bad I cannot rate lower. October 2, spent $2000 on items "...be there in about four weeks"  Today is December 11. Not couch or table. Seven phone calls and one visit.  Have been told two times "it's in the truck should be here next week". Couch seems to have needed a fix because of electric components replacement. Well over two months. Going to call again today and see what is happening. Thus far these folks have lost any type of future business.

Dec 28.... no table and no sofa. I did get a phone call today saying they were ready for delivery. However I was told "...floor model tv stand .... with damage...". I informed them we specifically ordered a new one because the floor model was damaged. Now they trying to figure out how the new one I ordered is no longer in the warehouse but they were going to deliver a damaged one. This whole processes of getting furniture from these folks is turning into a Greek tragedy!!!

We were treated so well here in Cheyenne! We were pleasantly surprised b/c customer service seems to be becoming a thing of the past ~ so it was so refreshing to visit a store and receive such excellent service. Amanda went above and beyond; I explained to her what I liked, she gave me a website; I emailed her a list and she got right back to me with prices. ~ Greatly Appreciative!!

Furniture Factory Outlet in Cheyenne has always been awesome. The staff there are very accommodating. Quality products, a nice quiet atmosphere, and always in contact. Looking forward to more purchases in the future!
