This store is conveniently located next to the pharmacy inside Metro supermarket on Stone Road in Guelph. I take the opportunity every now and then to talk to the staff at this Nature's Signature store when I do my groceries. I found that the staff are cheerful and courteous , and more than willing to answer the health food inquiries I make from the moist trivial to deeply philosophical health related issues and topics.   Recently I went in search of Oregano oil after I did not find it at the health food store in the mall. Surprise surprise, the person at the Nature's Signature counter not only said they have it, but also took me to the shelf where it is , took time to explain the differences in the types of Oregano oil they have on the shelf. When I asked how do I select one of the products, she was patient and cheerful to point out the health considerations to be taken into account when buying the Oregano oil and when not to use it.  I even came to know from her supervisor that experienced chefs from restaurants buy the oregano oil regularly for flavouring salads etc. Hahahaaa,  what else can I ask for. They made my day, and needless to say what I did.   Thank you Nature's Signature. You are great.

The first thing she asked me was “are you working with a practitioner.” and that she doesn’t need to see my blood work to know my deficiencies. This might sound like a person that’s educated enough to sell products, but she clearly isn’t practicing what she preaches and you have to master the basics to give advice. Plus she was arrogant, probably because she didn’t make it into med school. These reviews are fake.

It has supplements that you can't purchase elsewhere in Guelph. I bought L-tyrosine today. Before I went to Metro's, I went to shoppers, Zehrs, and called multiple supplement retail stores, yet, none of them have it. This is a place to go to if you really understand what you need. Btw, the ladies who work there are super nice!

I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at the Guelph Metro’s Nature’s Signature. Natasha was extremely helpful with very knowledgeable product suggestions - I went into the store looking for hand cream to help with an eczema flare up and I honestly wasn’t expecting to receive much helpand I couldn’t have been more surprised! Natasha took the time to talk with me and ask what I was looking for and provided a few quality recommendations. They have a large product selection and reasonable prices for high quality natural products. I would highly recommend this location!

I really enjoy shopping at Nature's Signature at Metro Stone Rd in Guelph.  The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the vitamins that I need.  I really appreciate the excellent service.

They used to be very helpful and an excellent resource for finding a variety of natural health products. Here's hoping their current incompetence, laziness, and surliness is just a product of a difficult time. Treating long-time, loyal customers like they are a nuisance and blaming them for their own mistakes is disgusting. When you make a mistake, own up to it and find a way to rectify it, don't defend it and blame the customer for what you did wrong.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. The staff were so friendly.  the time and care that was put into aiding my purchase was very much appreciated. I left with a sense of gratitude for the service I received.. to top it all off I won a draw

My favourite place to go for my nutritional supplements. A great selection of products and the staff is always very friendly and so helpful. Always a great experience
