We are an independent pharmacy located near the University of Guelph. Our pharmacy offers senior and student discounts along with waiving the co-pay for eligable ODB patients. I walked in to order a prescription medication from this location, and they put my information into their system and had my prescription ready within 10 minutes. The pharmacist provided very clear instructions for taking the medication, and explained to me what I could and could not do while taking this medication. When I asked them to help me find something, they were able to quickly direct and locate the product that I was looking for.

Always have my prescription ready to go for me super quick! I can walk in and ask for it and it's ready in ten minutes. The are always very friendly and helpful.

Have tried to have 3 separate prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. 2 out of the 3 were not ready at the time they had promised. We had called days prior and let them know that we were driving in from out-of-town in order to get the anti-seizure meds which were very important to our son's health. There were no calls back to say that they wrong and the meds wouldn't be ready at the time promised and they knew we were driving a long distance to get them. This is very frustrating. This is about our son's health after all. Why can't they have the drugs ready on time I wonder? They gave a weak apology and this happened twice out of a possible 3 times! My son needs his meds on time. I was scrambling to fill prescription at another pharmacy so my son would have it before he ran out. Seizures would be happening if we don't have meds.
