I got my eyebrows waxed here. Even though the staff was friendly, I had a really bad experience. The esthetician ripped off my skin, I told her that it was burning when she applied the wax and she didn't do anything. I left the place thinking that it was going to heal. But The day after I saw that she literally ripped off a big patch of my skin. I called the salon, They told me that this is very common and just recommended me polysporin. That's it!

I had never been to this salon before but after the horrible balyage I had done at another salon I had to try something new. I made an appointment at Natural Solutions with Jewel for a colour and cut. When I walked in to the salon I was greeted warmly by the receptionists and they made me feel like I could be myself and very comfortable! Jewel was absolutely AMAZING!! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and really made sure we were both on the same page. My hair turned out fantastic! I'm so happy with the results!!! Thank you so much Jewel and everyone who helped along the process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would say it was the best facial I have ever had done. Cheryl was very patient and understanding about my skin and the way I take care of it. During the service she used scented oils that truly relaxed me. The pressure of her hands on my face was outstanding and I cannot wait to book another facial with her and most likely a body massage. Thank you.

My experience here at this salon is always great the staff is always friendly and accommodating. All of the staff members are helpful and willing to go over and beyond to ensure that I always have a enjoyable experience. I would defiantly recommend this spa.

Melissa always does an excellent job of cutting and blow drying my hair. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist. Love her.
