Hair Craze

I have been a customer for many years going approximately every 5 weeks to get root touch ups/hair cuts. A year ago I decided to take my girls to get their hair trimmed since they were growing out of the kid salon experience. Child trim: First visit was $25 plus tax. Second visit was $30 plus tax. Third visit was $35 plus tax. Fourth visit today was $45 plus tax. Each visit I was cashed out by one of the Owners. At the second visit I asked about the $5 increase ($10 total since both my girls got their hair trimmed). I was told there must have been an error last visit. At the third visit I once again asked about the $5 increase ($10 total since second visit but $20 since the first visit). I was told there must have been an error once again. The fourth visit was today with a $10 increase ($20 total since third visit but $40 since the first visit). I mentioned to the Owner this is the fourth time the price has changed in a year for a child's trim. The hair dresser walked away. He, the Owner, replied that he sets the prices and it has always been $45 and they are the cheapest in the area. I told him of the prices I had paid in the last year at Hair Craze Markville Mall and that I can provide him with copies of my receipts. I said I am a regular customer and they are always trying to charge me more on my regular visits even though the price is marked on my colour card and now they are doing the same for my girls' visits. I assured him this will be my last visit and he has lost 3 regular customers!

I've been coming to Hair Craze for many years now. The new location is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and down to earth. I see Vince usually every other week and he knows exactly my style, no questions asked. Great people, great conversations, great haircuts. Highly Recommended.

I've been going to Hair Craze since 1993. It really says great things about the services they provide when you can claim a 20-year business relationship. I've recommended friends and co-workers to go for their hair care needs and they in turn have become dedicated customers. I myself was told by a friend to go there for my haircuts. The remodel in Markville is amazing. Would have no problem recommending Hair Craze to anyone. Here's to the next 20 years going to Hair Craze!
