I have been going to l'Attitudes for many years now. Linda has been my hair sylist. She is amazing. A real artist for hair cuts and colour. All the other stylists are great too. Jesse, is amazing with her hot stone massages. I always feel like I have received great value. I had micro blading down with Jesse and I am very happy with the results. I will continue to do my touch ups with her.

Jesse is fantastic! She has a friendly attitude and is always smiling. She always recommends the best course of action concerning my nails. I have been a regular for many years and she is the reason why. I would not trust my manicures and pedicures with anyone else!

This is the worst salon in Markham!!! Don't ever go there.
I booked a cut and colour hair appointment here in the summer and was barely five minutes late. The lady at the reception Vanessa was extremely rude and said that because I was so late, my appointment was given to someone else. She was very, very rude and argumentative. I wanted to speak to the manager and I was told that the manager is not available and they cannot give her phone number to me. I felt insulted and left in tears.
Later on when I did get in touch with the manager Jennifer is even worse, she was unapologetic and was very condescending. She said she was juggling multiple salons. This place is the worst. While some stylists are nice but the management and front desk staff has horrendous attitude.

I had requested a dry cut (takes about 15 mins) after washing and blow-drying my own hair at home, but was charged for a full "wash, cut, and blowdry" without any sort of heads-up. When I explained how unfair this was, I basically got an "oh well" response from the receptionist. Then I said I'd suck it up this time, but never return to their salon, and was again given an insincere "sorry, take care". I'd read similar reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Nope. Clearly they don't value their customers so I'll have to find another salon. Too bad.
