Opening a personal account here was a mistake. I thought it would be the great service they have at BMO at Wellington/Holland - it's nothing like that. Go here if you'd like to be greeted with a sneer, talked down to, have the tellers complete your work incorrectly, and generally be treated like a number. Unless you're a new client - don't worry, they'll be nice during the sales process. It's every interaction after that point that you will regret.

Never open. 10 - 4 means no access for people that actually work. On top of that my BMO bank card only works in a tiny number of US Bank machines due to some rule refusing to allow swipe/magnetic strip access and their solution is denial that it's even happening.
