I don’t know much about their other services but my experience with the brow tint was TERRIBLE. I didn’t realize until I left that my brows looked EXACTLY the same as before. (I took before and after pictures) The lady was very nice but did not ask me what I wanted, she just took the product, smeared on my eyebrows with no regard to shape or accuracy. I asked her to make my eyebrows lighter in the front and darker in the back but honestly the colour was so faint that I couldn’t tell if she did that. The receptionist was very nice and offered me hot chocolate though. Overall, I wasted 20$ coming here and am definitely not coming back. Edit: One day later and I have a freaking CHEMICAL BURN on my eyebrows. I emailed Nardinis for a refund but so far have not heard a reply. This is ridiculous.

My experience here has been great. Larissa is amazing. If you need to get waxed. She is the one to ask for. I also get my hair done here by the fantastic Paul Anthony. He knows exactly what to do with my hair and I always get the best compliments about it. I drive over 1 hr to come here and it’s totally worth it.

Don’t ever go this place. It’s horrible. I had stylist by the name of Sarah and omg she was beyond terrible I don’t even think she is a stylist. All I wanted was a blow dry and she literally only spent 20 mins blow drying my long thick hair. My hair was left looking extremely frizzy as if I came out of the shower and did nothing to it. I told her redo it or get another stylist who knows what to do and she tells me it looks fine and does nothing about it. I have been to many salons and in my 25 years of blow drying my hair I know how it look should look and not once have I ever seen it look like that. She does a quick blow dry without spending time in ensuring it has that silky look. So she does nothing about it to fix her frizz mess. so I went to the receptionist and had no choice but to pay for it. The receptionist while serving me calls a friend of hers and starts discussing how she had the flu so she’s on the phone and doesn’t say anything to me at all I even had to get my own coat because she was on the phone. I got my coat and left. No thank you, no apology nothing such poor customer service. I was so embarrassed to go to my event with my frizz ball head that I had to go to another salon and pay more to get it redone. This place is a disaster run by uneducated unprofessional low run of the mill place. Save your money and spend it even if you have to pay a little more at another place that will give you results and leaving you satisfied.

Poor customer service and a HUGE price discrepancy! I won’t be going back. I wanted my hair done for a Christmas party and was quoted $35 over the phone so I booked with Filomena. They called me that morning to see if I could move up my appointment by 3 hours. I declined because a) I wasn’t available and b) who gets their hair done 5 hours before an event??? When I arrived for my scheduled appointment , they passed me to a different (more junior) stylist but pretended that this was always the plan. If so, then how would I know who Filomena was??? The replacement stylist was friendly but i wasn’t loving what she was doing to my hair. Add to that, the salon was closing and I felt “pressured” to leave. A more senior stylist came to help out (turns out it was the person I was originally booked with) and she did a wonderful job! Never during this process did anyone discuss prices or increased costs with me. So imagine my shock when they hand me an $86 bill!!!!! I questioned it with the front staff who agreed it was a huge difference and that the stylist should have discussed it with me but there was no offer to correct the situation. Again, I felt pressured to leave because they were closing so I didn’t push it. But I was clearly unhappy and no one made any attempt to resolve it. They had their money and did not care about customer experience. Very disappointed

I went here the other day, it was so close to home so I thought I would try it out. I went to see Sara for a basic haircut. She seemed to be a nice lady but completely wrecked my haircut. I asked for a trim and to put long layers. My hair is now all different lengths and uneven. I have never had a haircut this bad before. Please be cautious if you go here! I even had to cut a piece from the front myself as it was longer then the rest. In the front it’s very noticeable that’s its uneven as one side of my hair has shorter layers then the other side.. ah! And I paid 60.00 for this. I’m too scared to go back to have them fix it.. I’m going to my usual salon next week. I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to warn people so the same thing doesn’t happen to them!!!
