Had my first experience here yesterday to get a 60-min relaxation massage. The massage itself was wonderful. I had Eleen, and she is great at what she does. I think I even drifted off for a few minutes, which I never do. I had a lot of tension between my shoulders and she really worked at them which I appreciate. The receptionist I have to say is also very sweet and hospitable. She is a great asset to your team. I did notice that during the massage I could hear other people walking by talking loud and laughing, which was a bit disturbing. Some spas have signs stating 'Silence in treatment areas' and I wonder if this spa could benefit by doing the same. The other thing I noticed was when I came out from my massage, very relaxed I may add, the bright lighting in the lobby/ reception area is pretty intense. Dim lighting would be more appropriate for a spa setting in my opinion. Overall, an excellent experience and I will definitely be back.

The owner has a great system set up for handling transactions & communication with the spa itself. Victoria @ the front desk was very helpful in 1) Booking my massage, and 2) Direct billing my insurance company. Natasha (the RMT) is very friendly & provided a relaxing massage. She also explained why she focused her massage on specific areas / where I was tight, and made recommendations for my wellness. I booked two more sessions with Havens MediSpa after my first visit. Great job guys!

Amazing amazing place, have never regretted going there. The place spotless clean, the girls are very professional and the owner is just as amazing. The prices are reasonable for the quality of job that you get when you go there. You book once, you will never go anywhere else. I personally go to Patty or my waxes. She's amazing, super fast and gets everything done one time. She won't hurt you more than what you should feel with the wax. I just recently got a Groupon for their body scrub and a facial and it was great. Felt good, relaxed and like the job was well done. Overall this place is a 20/20. Try it out for yourself and you will see what I'm talking about.

Tried out this spa based on the excellent reviews. I'm a very shy person when it comes to my body so Brazilian waxes tend to make me very nervous and uncomfortable. I got a full Brazilian with Eleen and she made the experience great. Eleen was extremely nice, very thorough, professional and made me totally comfortable. She held a conversation with me the entire time and made it the easiest waxing experience I have ever had. I will never go to another spa again. Waxing here was a breeze and I felt very comfortable. 5/5, if you plan on getting waxed here, ASK FOR Eleen! I am very pleased with my experience here!

For my first time ever getting a facial, I felt uncomfortable and nerve about coming in but meeting with Jessica within the first 10 minutes I felt welcomed and at ease. She was very thorough and addressed all my skin concerns. Definitely coming back and I highly recommend this place! :)
