The staff was friendly, but when I brought my car in for a part I requested to have put on (and was quoted $40), they informed me they hadn't ordered the part I asked for and upon seeing my out-of-province plates tried to use scare-tactics to get me to pay $1900 in repairs. I said no-way and they still tried to charge me $60 just for looking at it and not doing the work I had requested. Be wary.

June 8th, 2017 I'm happy with the service provided. I called in to book a time to get my windows tinted. I called EVERYWHERE in HRM. I ended up going with Napa for 2 reasons. 1 - the type of tint/quality of product 2 - the price The type of tint they use is 3M CS20. So for those of you who don't know... 3M is the company that makes everything in offices and CS20 stands for color stable. This type of tint is a carbon tint. This is a better quality that guarantees no fading. There are 3 kinds... dye tint, carbon tint, and ceramic tint. Ceramic is the most expensive and best quality however it's not offered here. Carbon is the runner up. I watched almost every video on YouTube to understand it all. I'm very particular on what I'm putting into my car. Needless to say I feel confident in the tinting I have. Carbon tinting should NEVER fade and bubbling should not happen as well. Their service comes with a 3 year warranty so if it ends up happening I'll do another review and put a note onto this one. When I entered it didn't take long to get everything sorted. I was offered a shuttle but had a friend pick me up. They said they would aim for 1 but might be a little late. The car was ready At 230. I anticipated them to be a little late. We all know how it goes. I was super okay with it. When I picked up my car the guy walked me out to my car and went over a few things. Asked me how I liked it and I said it looks amazing. I'm extremely happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tint. Pros - quick install time, quality product, nice staff, offered coffee (which I need at 830 am lol) Cons - nothing. Happy with it all. Time ran slightly after but they were very upfront when they said it may be a little late. No worries there! Please feel free to write me at any time to ask questions.
