My new vehicle was involved in an accident took it to them as my insurance suggested, Decent work done on the body, zero knowledge technical wise like suspension and other stuff... better be a body shop rather than a mechanic shop!!

Everything was great! Great job great stuff and service, I changed the grill here, they have done the amazing job, I love it. Definitely will come back again

Great pain free experience with Chapman's Auto Body. Car was finished ahead of schedule too which is nice. Paint has a nice finish to it. and they managed to blend in the surrounding areas of my ten year old paint job so you can't tell anything happened. Paint is glossy, and free of orange peel. Post paint detail was done extremely well too. Great to have my car back to looking 100%

Professional service, quality work! I used the Bedford location...From Bente's estimate to Trent's communication customer service was top notch. I was kept informed of progress of work. Estimate on when vehicle would be ready was kept. Services area was extremely clean. My wife even commented it was by far the cleanest garage bathroom she has even been in! :) Would highly recommend. Cheers.

Work was well done. Girl at the desk a bit flaky, they had my vehicle for a week then got a call asking me to bring it in for an estimate. Kept reminding them to check my tire only to pick up my vehicle with a flat tire. Follow up calls didn't happen. At least the work looks really good. Customer service needs improving. R
