NAPA AUTOPRO - George Rempel Auto Centre

I have been going to George Rempel Auto for almost 10 years ... the entire team there is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and inspire confidence in their ability and workmanship. They give thorough reviews of all work prior to work being done and they provide honest assessments on work needed and timelines (never insisting that work needs to be done earlier than necessary). Their customer service is always above and beyond what I would expect. They are friendly and approachable and, most important, I always feel as if they treat my car as if it was their own.

The professionals were friendly, prompt, and were within the dollar estimates they initially gave me. I was given a ride there and back at no charge. The facility was clean and had a positive working environment. I highly recommend George Rempel Auto Centre on Roblin Boulevard in Winnipeg!

I recently required extensive repair and service on my 11 year old car. I was very impressed with everything about this business - from initial contact. The car was inspected thoroughly with recommendations for urgent and future work, including photos of parts needing to be replaced. The vehicle spent a week in the shop and came out like a brand new car. No more rattles, brakes are perfect and George Remple Auto also arranged for the installation of a new windshield. I can’t imagine getting better service anywhere. The staff are knowledgeable, dedicated and professional.

Amazing and honest service! I recently went in to have my rear shocks replaced. I was able to book an appointment quickly and easily. They offered a ride home and to pick me up after the repairs were complete. Upon arriving to pay for the service, they told me the part was actually covered under a manufacturer's warranty due to a defect. As a result of this, I was charged zero dollars! I wanted to thank the staff at George Repel Auto Center for their integrity, honesty and usual skill. They could have charged me, and I would have remained completely oblivious! Just one reason my family has called Rempel for more than 20 years! Thank you! Curtis Janzen
