Probably the best example I can think of to demonstrate why good staff is so important to business is this location. I couldn't get anywhere with Boyd's Scurfield location so I came here and would've driven farther to receive hassle-free, fast service.

I cannot recommend this location enough! I chose this location to repair my vehicle for my MPI claim because of the excellent reviews. I have been dealing with Shane and Warren who have been absolutely fantastic right from start to finish. They call me daily to update me on the progress for my vehicle, and have been completely transparent with regards to all repairs. I will be taking my vehicle to this shop for ALL of my body work in the future. Thanks Shane and Warren!

SO disappointed with this Boyd location and with Boyd in general. We have taken our car to Boyd 3 times now for service and have been very satisfied everytime...until we got a phone call a few days ago, saying that we had an outstanding balance from work we had done 7 months ago. 
I had wanted a used seat (which MPI covers) to replace our vandalised passanger seat. Boyd called me while they had my vehicle and said they weren't able to get a used seat but that MPI wouldn't charge me for a new one because they were unable to get a used one. All was good and I checked again when I picked up my car that there was no payment due and all paper work said "customer pays $0.00"
Suddenly now they are saying MPI is charging betterment and want me to pay them 7 MONTHS LATER! Not only that, but the manager I talked to Warren was very rude on the phone and told me I was rude because I said "someone screwed up."
This whole sitation has been totally unprofessional and we will never be bringing our car to Boyd again.

**UPDATE**
I can't seem to reply to the owner's response, so I am updating my review.
Contrary to what the owner said in his response to my original review, this situation has not been dealt with and I have not been contacted since posting this review.
If Boyd would like to step up and take responsibility for their mistake, I would be very appreciative and would love to be contacted by the owner to discuss this matter.
I would also appreciate an apology from Warren the manager for his rude and unprofessional way of speaking to me on the  phone.

Does good work. Willing to listen to and work with customers. If you find an issue it is corrected quickly.
