Smart guys always willing to help get what you need

Went in to pick up something that was ready and prepaid for and was ignored and even given nasty looks by senior staff. Made me feel like I was bothering them by entering their store. Finally a nice young gentleman asked what I needed.

Highly recommend. Experience staff always friendly know what they're talking about. They do sell Amsoil here too.

Thank you Portage La Prairie Napa for helping me with my breakdown along the TransCanada highway one in July, my motorhome experienced Ignition coil problems and I called Napa and a fine gentleman  by the name of Terry helped me out. I was about 50 kms west of Portage La Prairie heading east, around Bagot MB. A very nice lady driving a Napa delivery van pulled up to my rescue and delivered a new ignition coil right to my breakdown area. Hooray! The parts driver stuck around until I installed my coil and made sure I was good to go.... I can't explain how nice it was to have Napa go the extra mile. Thank you so very much. The staff at this location are exceptional and very dedicated to helping people out. Bravo Napa! Bravo!
