Jim Brands in sales is Excellent and great to deal with. Things dealership needs to improve 1. Vehicle should be ready or inside when someone calls to schedule an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and it’s frozen on the lot. 2. Detailing personal should pay more attention to detail it only takes 10 minutes to wipe down the interior to make sure it’s clean when customer picks up the vehicle. 3. The last thing someone wants to do when they buy a $90 000 dollar truck is have to run to the gas station to fill it up cause the low fuel light is on. Even if GM doesn’t reimburse you anymore it should still be full it’s called Customer Service.

I've dealt with Rick and Travis. Of all the dealerships I've talked to these were the best people to talk to. Both of them were very patient with me unlike the other dealerships. I never ended up buying a vehicle through them yet but when I do, it will be through them. The least I can do right now is give them 5 star rating online. This is the way a dealership should sell

What a great place. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and so helpful. Plus, they have really amazing coffee. Would recommend then to anyone. Overall experience is a 10/10

We always have a great experience when we are in Craid Dunn. All the staff are wonderful. Rick is the best to deal with.
